That’s Good: Injury Update On Monday Night Raw Star Following Brutal Spot

That could be worse. Wrestling is a lot of different things but one of the most important is that it is a physical sport. Unfortunately that means wrestlers can get hurt at almost any time, especially in a more physical match. You can often see when someone might have taken a serious reaction in a match, which was the case again this week. Now though we have some good news on the situation.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Bron Breakker defeated Ilja Dragunov in a match to crown a new #1 contender to the Intercontinental Title. Breakker won the match via referee stoppage when he speared Dragunov on the floor. This led to questions about how Dragunov was doing after the match. According to Fightful Select, Dragunov was fine after the match and had no problems from the bump.

Opinion: That is great to hear as you never want to see anyone get hurt, especially with that violent of a hit in the first place. Dragunov is already someone who wrestles a very physical style in the first place, which makes an already dangerous sport that much more of a threat. Thankfully everything seems to be ok and Dragunov does not have any major issues as a result of the landing.
