Here are our favorite and least-favorite things about the Arizona Cardinals’ 2024 schedule.

The Arizona Cardinals 2024 schedule is here and we have a take on it.

Here are some of the things we love and some of the things we hate coming out of the Arizona Cardinals 2024 schedule.

Love

All east coast games should be in “good” weather

The Arizona Cardinals open up with the Buffalo Bills in September and then have the Green Bay Packers in mid-October. The only questionable game could be the Carolina Panthers in Week 16 which is December 22 and the historical average is mid 50’s. That is about as good as can be hoped for.

Three game homestand early

The Arizona Cardinals open up with a tough start to the season, but after their opener against the Buffalo Bills, they get three home games, and that comes at a good time.

Week 7 to Week 16 to could be a great chance to make a statement

The Arizona Cardinals open up with an incredibly difficult first six weeks, even with that three game homestand. Yet, from week seven until week 16 there is only one team that you look at and know what you are getting (Barring injury). The Chargers, Bears, Jets, Vikings and Patriots have a lot of questions to answer and the Panthers are projected to be the worst team in the NFL. That leaves the Seahawks and they have plenty of questions themselves with a brand new regime.

This is where the Arizona Cardinals need to make a statement during the season.

Hate

First six games are brutal

The Arizona Cardinals open up with five of their first six against playoff teams from 2023. That three game homestand makes it a little more tolerable, but that is a tough opening to the season.

Niners and Packers back-to-back road games

Maybe the two best teams in the NFC in back-to-back weeks? Yuck.

Their Monday Night Football game is followed by a cross-country trip

It is nice to see the Arizona Cardinals get a Monday Night Football game again. It sucks that they play an early Sunday game the next week in Miami.

This means a short week in a city that is really tough to play in. That makes it tougher than playing the Dolphins would normally be.
