The Women’s World Champion hit a homerun while promoting Raw’s return to Boston.

Liv Morgan threw out the first pitch at a Boston Red Sox game on Sunday while tossing shade at her rival, Rhea Ripley.

Ahead of her title defense against Zelina Vega on Raw at Boston’s TD Garden, the WWE Women’s World Champion took center stage at Fenway Park, tossing the opening pitch as the Red Sox faced off against the San Diego Padres. Major League Baseball captured the highlight and sparked online engagement by tagging Dominik Mysterio in a social media post, writing, “Whatcha think @DomMysterio35?”

Though a bit sloppy, Morgan delivered the pitch to the plate. Later, she didn’t miss the opportunity to throw a metaphorical fastball at Rhea Ripley on social media, referencing Ripley’s shoulder injury as she shared MLB’s original post.

“Better arm than @RheaRipley_WWE, huh,” Morgan wrote on X.

Before the game, Morgan appeared on the Red Sox pregame show, where she addressed Ripley’s looming return, quipping, “I did my very best to make sure that Rhea Ripley is going to be gone for a very, very, very, very, very, long time. So I’m not going to worry about that just yet. But we are on the Liv Morgan Revenge Tour, and that doesn’t stop until I take every single thing away from Rhea Ripley, which I haven’t done yet.”

Morgan’s quest for retribution began after a six-month hiatus due to a legitimate shoulder injury attributed to Ripley in their storyline. The night after WrestleMania XL, Morgan attacked Ripley, injuring her shoulder and forcing Ripley to vacate the Women’s Championship, which Morgan later claimed.

But that was just the start.

Recently, Morgan furthered her agenda by attempting to befriend members of Judgement Day, showering them with food, games, and suggestive text messages. Although she couldn’t sway Damian Priest to her side, she made an impression on Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh after helping them win the World Tag Team Championship.

But Morgan’s focus remains Ripley’s “Dom Dom,” Dominik Mysterio. Despite her suggestive advances and thoughtful gifts, Dominik has yet to succumb to her charms. However, as Morgan confidently assured the Red Sox’s broadcast team, it won’t be long before the San Diego native yields to her pursuit.

“He’s playing hard to get right now, but I don’t mind it. I like a little bit of a challenge. But he is a Padres fan, which I think is so funny because I have a feeling — just like Dominic — tonight, the Padres are going to fold to the Red Sox.”

As Morgan predicted, the Red Sox went on to spank the Pads, 4-1. Whether Morgan will do the same to Dominik remains to be seen. However, if she knows Dom as well as she understands baseball, one spitball could leave him begging for extra innings.
