The Arizona Cardinals could have an All Rookie team running back in 2024.

The Arizona Cardinals had what most considered a very good 2024 NFL Draft.

In fact, NFL.com dropped their 11 players who could make the 2024 All-Rookie Team offense and the Arizona Cardinals had two players.

No one is surprised by Marvin Harrison Jr., but they also had Trey Benson as one of the All Pro running backs.

From Chad Reuter:

Trey Benson, RB, Arizona Cardinals

Drafted: Round 3, No. 66 overall

Cardinals RB James Conner ran for 1,000-plus yards last year for the first time in his career, but remember how productive Bijan Robinson was for the Falcons as a rookie in 2023 after his Falcons teammate Tyler Allgeier had a 1,000-yard season in 2022? I think we could see a similar situation play out in Arizona, with Benson’s explosiveness in the open field resulting in big plays.

I love the Benson pick, and I love what the Arizona Cardinals have as a unit with their potential offense and run game.

However, are we expecting to see Conner lose that many carries/miss that many games?

I am not doubting the impact Benson could have, I just wonder if he will have the opportunity to make that much of an impact.
