TNA Impact airs NXT footage of Jordynne Grace

Jordynne Grace sent shock waves reverberating through the professional wrestling landscape when she made a surprise appearance in NXT on Tuesday night. The TNA Knockouts champion challenged Roxanne Perez to a title fight for the NXT Women’s Championship at Battleground on June 9 in Las Vegas, NV.

Ever since that moment, there has been curiosity about potential crossover between TNA and NXT. Nothing is official yet, however, there are hints to jump to logical conclusions. It starts with TNA airing the NXT footage of Grace during Thursday night’s episode of Impact (May 30, 2024). TNA also advertised the Juggernaut’s match against Stevie Turner next week in NXT.

On the Busted Open radio show, Grace revealed that her match at Against All Odds in Chicago, IL on June 14 will be an open challenge for the Knockouts title inside a TNA ring.

As Tommy Dreamer said, “Oh, hell. Now it’s all coming together.” Odds appear strong that an NXT wrestler will make a splash to challenge for the Knockouts Championship. Logic would assume a rematch between Grace and Perez, but we’ll have to wait and see to be certain.

To recap Grace’s upcoming televised schedule, she wrestles Stevie Turner in NXT on June 4, Allysin Kay in a TNA title defense for Impact on June 6, Roxanne Perez in NXT at Battleground on June 9, and an open challenge for the Knockouts title at Against All Odds on June 14.
