In the main event, Alex Pereira defends his UFC light heavyweight title in a rematch against Jiri Prochazka — the short notice headliner replacing Conor McGregor vs. Michael Chandler following McGregor’s withdrawal due to injury.

The UFC 303 main card opens with a highly anticipated welterweight clash between the undefeated Ian Machado Garry and former Bellator star Michael Page, who makes his second octagon appearance.
