Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that while Lesnar was not really hurt in the match, he wanted everyone to think that he was, which led some people to believe that he was really injured.
Brock Lesnar faced AJ Styles at last night’s WWE Survivor Series in what many consider to be Lesnar’s best match in years. Following the defeat, Styles posted the tweet below noting that he was open to a rematch.
Tonight didn’t go my way… but since I came to @WWE, I’ve wanted to prove I’m the best and that I can hang with ANYONE.
So, if you ever want to go again Brock. Let’s do it. #SurvivorSeries
