As noted, earlier this month that David Otunga and singer Jennifer Hudson had ended their 10 year relationship.
Hudson filed for a protective order against the WWE announcer, alleging “aggressive, threatening and harassing behavior” that led to a domestic battery investigation by police.

TMZ.com reported this afternoon that WWE personality David Otunga and his former fiancee actor and singer Jennifer Hudson came to terms on the custody of their son. In the wake of their split, there had been an issue over who would have primary custody. Otunga will have primary custody going forward, as he had been fighting for.
The order of protection Hudson filed against Otunga several weeks ago was dropped voluntarily as well, according to TMZ.
