Charlotte shared her thoughts on the first-ever WWE Women’s Royal Rumble match with Planeta Wrestling.
Announced by Stephanie McMahon on last Monday’s Raw, the Royal Rumble follows Hell In A Cell and Money In The Bank in allowing the women’s division to share in the marque matches. Charlotte was asked how she felt about not being able to enter the Rumble match since she can’t enter it being the SmackDown Live Women’s Champion.
“I’m very torn,” Charlotte said. “My competitive nature wants to be a part of this first-ever Royal Rumble match, this historic moment. But I do know that I am a part of the evolution that got us to where we are today in making the first ever Royal Rumble match possible. But secondly, I am honored knowing that I’m still a part of this excitement in the field of the rumble match, knowing that who wins the Royal Rumble match will be facing me and going head to head at WrestleMania 34.”
