Mike Tyson willing to make a WWE return

Mike Tyson says he would be willing to make a return to WWE because of his love for the company.

Tyson was involved in one of the most famous storylines in WWE history when he appeared as the “special enforcer” in the match between WWE champion Shawn Michaels and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin at WrestleMania XIV in 1998.

His involvement in that event created huge mainstream interest and was not his final involvement with the company, acting as the guest host of an episode of Raw in 2010 and even working a match, alongside Chris Jericho against Triple H and Michaels.

“I’m always willing to come back,” he said in an interview with WWE presenter Cathy Kelley at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards. “I love the WWE.”

Tyson retired from professional boxing in 2005 and has appeared in several films since, notably The Hangover four years after he hung up his gloves.

He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2012 and has reportedly been a fan of wrestling since his childhood.
