Former WWE Tough Enough contestant Tanner Saraceno mentioned on Twitter that he was not offered a developmental deal with WWE.

WWE has brought back ZZ, Amanda, and other contestants from the latest season of Tough Enough.
Saraceno tweeted last month that he planned to pursue an MMA career, but would not rule out a return to pro wrestling.
