PWInsider is reporting that the the plans, as of now, are for John Cena vs. The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32.
PWI’s report was mentioned on Dave Meltzer’s Wrestling Observer forum. Meltzer said that he was told early on Saturday morning that plans have changed for John Cena and The Undertaker and he was told that “Cena & Taker have different plans than that” so I presume that means that Meltzer’s source is saying PWInsider’s report is not accurate and Cena and Taker will have different opponents. Meltzer added, “One guy reports a story, the other gets told its false right away.”
Meltzer noted, “There are Mania plans in place, but Seth’s injury changes at least two matches.”
If WWE sticks with the Cena vs. Undertaker match then it looks like two of the top matches would be Cena vs. Undertaker and The Rock vs. Triple H. There is still no word on what the plans are for the WWE Championship but Roman Reigns is the odds-on favorite to win the tournament at Survivor Series.
