Chris Jericho was recently interviewed by Business Insider. During the interview, he discussed why he thinks The Rock may actually become president in 2020. The Rock made headlines back in 2017 when he went on “The Ellen Show” and mentioned that he was seriously considering a run for president. Here were some of Jericho’s thoughts on the issue:

He has a “Midas Touch”. Everything he does just seems to work out well. His work ethic is superb. Why wouldn’t he try his hand at politics. His career path reminds me of Arnold prior to him becoming the Governor of California.
Donald Trump being elected president changed everything. He won the election because he was a celebrity. That’s what works now and it’s scary. He knew how to play to the camera and his audience. The Rock can easily do the same thing. He’s the most charismatic guy I’ve ever worked with. He’d be able to resonate with the voting public in a way that few others are able to.
