After the main event of a CWF Mid-Atlantic show in North Carolina, former IMPACT superstar Trevor Lee announced to the fans in attendance that he has officially signed with the WWE. Lee, who is currently the CWF Mid-Atlantic champion, promised that he would remain in the promotion as long as the title was still on his shoulder. Trevor Lee announced on January 1st that he was departing from IMPACT and becoming a free agent, although he holds no bad blood with the promotion. During his time there, Lee has held the X-Division championship three times, and also was an IMPACT tag champion.
