According to PW Insider, WWE Studios will be partnering with Netflix to develop feature films for the streaming service. The content will be directed towards a family friendly audience, including the their first film, Main Event, which is filming this summer. Insider has released a plot synopsis as well.

The Main Event, we are told, tells the story of a ten-year old boy who is bullied but dreams of growing up to become a professional wrestler.  However, he gets to live his dream earlier when he discovers the secret to having super-strength in his breakfast cereal.

WWE Studios latest flick, Fighting With My Family, has received largely positive reviews, and is now playing in theaters.
