WWE had many of the women competitors in the Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match at tonight’s pay-per-view take off some of the non-televised live events this weekend.

Dave Meltzer noted via Sunday’s episode of Wrestling Observer Radio that the ladies were given some of the WWE house shows off the past couple days so that they could practice and prepare for the big showcase match at tonight’s PPV.

Coming off of an excellent Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match at last year’s WWE Money In The Bank PPV, the expectation level for this year’s Women’s Ladder Match is exceptionally lower than the 2018 match in terms of the match over-delivering.

Scheduled for tonight’s Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match are Natalya, Bayley, Naomi, Ember Moon, Carmella, Mandy Rose, Dana Brooke and Nikki Cross, who is a late-replacement for the originally scheduled Alexa Bliss. As noted, Bliss was pulled from the match due to rumored concussion issues.

WWE Money In The Bank 2019 goes down from the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut this evening. The show will air live on pay-per-view, and will also stream live via the WWE Network. Make sure to join us here later this evening for live play-by-play results coverage of the show.
