According to PW Insider, former multi-time champion Sasha Banks, who has been noticeably absent from television since WrestleMania, was spotted in the New York City area this week on behalf of WWE. It is being reported that Banks is potentially working on material for the next WWE video game.

The speculation on Banks is that she was extremely unhappy after losing the women’s tag titles along with partner Bayley after advocating for the division to take the belts seriously. As she told Sky Sports prior to Mania:

It felt like the whole of last year we were asking, like we would be knocking on the door of Vince’s office every week. Me and Bayley would go up to him and some weeks he’d say no and some weeks he’d say yes and then bam, it’s here. So that just proves that you should never give up on your dreams. If you’re annoying enough you can make things happen and that’s probably what happened, he just got annoyed with us.
