The newest episode of Being the Elite gives a detailed backstage look at events happening before, during, and after AEW’s Double or Nothing event, as well as a montage of fans who attended Starrcast. The final moments shows Jon Moxley, fresh off of his attack on Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega, parading around backstage when indie star Joey Janela approaches him smiling with a cigarette in his mouth. Moxley snatches the cigarette from Janela’s mouth, takes a drag, tauntingly flicks it while staring Janela down, then walks away with Janela looking displeased. Whether this angle will pay off for a future AEW event, or possibly on the indie scene remains to be seen. Check out the newest episode of BTE below.
