As Noted how WWE Legend Steve Austin has a new “Straight Up Steve Austin” series premiering on the USA Network after WWE RAW goes off the air on August 12th. The interview-based series will run for seven half-hour episodes, and will feature Austin interviewing various celebrities including Becky Lynch.

WWE has not announced an Austin RAW appearance, as of this writing, but the new Wrestling Observer issue speculates on Austin returning some time in the next few weeks for a quick TV appearance to promote his new USA series.

The Austin appearance would make sense for both sides as it would promote the premiere of his show, and it would move the WWE ratings if they advertised it ahead of time.

USA has been heavily promoting Austin’s show in commercials, including during RAW and SmackDown. You can see the trailer below:
