On the latest episode of “Something To Wrestle”, Bruce Prichard revealed that Eric Bischoff never approached him about joining WCW. Prichard detailed Bischoff’s reasoning for not asking him as well as what his response would have been. Here are the highlights:
On Bischoff Not Asking Him To Join WCW:
I can tell you that Eric and I have had discussions where I’ve said, ‘What about me, a**hole? Hey man? You never called me!’ And Eric thought that Pat Patterson and I were the two people that would never leave. So he never did, but I probably would have thought about it. But I don’t think I would have gone.
On If He Would Have Left WWE:
The answer’s no, but it probably would have depended on the mood I was in that day. For me to try it on and listen to it, and examine it. You know, there were days when you would be just so tired, and just so frustrated that you’d say ‘I’d rather be anywhere but here.’ When you’re able to look back on it, say ‘Ehh, probably wouldn’t have gone anywhere.’ But it never happened.
