This week’s WWE SmackDown episode, featuring fallout from Sunday’s WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view, drew 2.164 million viewers, according to Showbuzz Daily. This is up from last week’s 2.088 million viewers for the SummerSlam go-home show.
This is the best SmackDown viewership since the Superstar Shakeup edition on April 16, which drew 2.219 million viewers.
SmackDown was #7 for the night in viewership, for the second week in a row, behind Hannity, Rachel Maddow Show, Tucker Carlson Tonight, The Ingraham Angle, The Five, and Special Report. SmackDown was #1 in the Cable Top 150 18-49 demographic this week, for the second week in a row. Hannity topped the night in viewership with 3.057 million viewers, ranking #15 on the Top 150.
The big draw on network TV at 8pm was America’s Got Talent on NBC, which drew 9.159 million viewers.
To compare, Monday’s post-SummerSlam edition of RAW drew an average of 2.729 million viewers, up from last week’s 2.473 million viewers for the SummerSlam go-home episode.
