On being a former NFL star playing fantasy football in the Impact locker room:
“I mean, it’s fair because any Sunday, you don’t know who is going to perform. Me being an ex-football player doesn’t mean I know who is going to perform on Sundays. I think it’s definitely fair.”
On his current feud with Ethan Carter III:
“We’re going to have some great matches, man. ECIII is a great talent. I feel like I’m a great talent myself. I think we have really good chemistry and those things combined will make for a really good match.”
On why he chose Impact over WWE NXT:
“I just felt like it was a better situation. That’s all I really want to say about that. I think it was just a better situation for me. That’s why I decided to come to Impact.”
Former ROH Star Heading to WWE?
Former Ring of Honor star Donovan Dijak, who has been on WWE’s radar along with names such as Crazzy Steve and Lio Rush, recently appeared on The New Age Insiders podcast and noted he is no longer accepting independent bookings. This has lead to speculation that Dijak might finally be WWE bound.
