AJ Styles took to Twitter this evening to dispel a rumor that he has renewed his contract with WWE. The original report stated that Styles and WWE had come to terms on a new deal but details of that deal were unavailable. The report also stated that Styles has set himself up financially for the rest of his life with options outside of the ring.

Fightful reported back in November that Styles current contract expires in April 2019 and that if he re-signs with WWE, he is looking for a deal similar to Randy Orton’s where he would work television and a reduced amount of house shows.
