SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Revival reportedly have not signed new WWE contracts and could become free agents in 2020.
Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder still had not signed new WWE deals as of a few weeks ago, according to Fightful. WWE has reportedly made some renewed efforts to sign the Top Guys, but they had not signed new deals back when they won the titles from The New Day at WWE Clash of Champions earlier this month. There’s no word yet on if anything has happened since then in regards to new contracts.
It was reported this week by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that while The Revival’s contracts were set to expire in April 2020, WWE has extended Wilder’s contract for another 10 weeks due to the period he was out of action with a broken jaw in 2016. This was first reported by Bodyslam.net. WWE has done similar extensions in the past with Rey Mysterio and Jeff Hardy.
Stay tuned for updates on The Revival’s WWE future.
