The perfect spot to be.

The Cincinnati Bengals are getting geared up for the 2024 NFL Season as they look to make another push for a Super Bowl berth this year. After injuries forced the Bengals to miss the playoffs last season, it appears things are back on track for the franchise to keep competing.

Now, there are some questions entering the year, the biggest being Joe Burrow’s health. After a season-ending wrist surgery and a torn ACL a few seasons back, one can understand the hesitations. That also allows this talented Bengals team to enter the season with less weight on their shoulders.

In a recent article by Mike Jones of The Athletic, he tabbed the Bengals as a team being underrated entering the year.

“With a healthy Joe Burrow, the return of top receivers Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, an upgraded offensive line (a pressing area of need), and a reimagined offense after the elevation of quarterbacks coach Dan Pitcher to coordinator — the Bengals seem to have a good shot at reclaiming their spot among the AFC’s elite. They might pose the biggest threat to the Kansas City Chiefs’ quest to win a third straight Super Bowl,” writes Jones.

Burrow’s health seems to be close to (if not already back) 100%. If that can remain this Bengals team has a shot to take back one of the top spots in the AFC.

I always love entering the team as an “underdog” per se. Especially with the Baltimore Ravens adding Derrick Henry this offseason, to many, Cincinnati might not even be the favorite in the division.

That’s totally fine with me. Time to go prove everyone wrong.

Who Dey!
