on

We are not seeing her on the Wimbledon lawns, where she also played the only Slam final of her career, but Eugenie Bouchard has still found a way to capture the attention of the tennis world, which in these hours is turning its gaze on the Championships.

The beautiful Canadian tennis player has posted some incredible shots on Instagram. Three photos and a video where she – often linked to the world of fashion – shows herself in all her splendor with a rather minimal clothing. Bouchard has literally enchanted social media with photos and a video where she sweeps and where she shows herself dancing under a jet of water. A social post that has obtained over 100 thousand likes and numerous comments and which you watch below:

The main American newspapers have reported the shot of the tennis player who – even if now far from the court – continues to shine on social media. And while Wimbledon has officially begun, she is setting social media on fire, celebrating the 10th anniversary of her Wimbledon final, achieved in 2014, when she lost against Petra Kvitova.

Next to the post, the caption reads: “Sunday is for working in the garden!” Of course, many have commented, between irony and sarcasm, but always remembering the matches of the Canadian tennis player.

Genie has experienced many ups and downs and her career has seen an early farewell due to injuries that have undoubtedly stopped the former number 5 WTA in the world ranking. About ten years ago, she lit up Wimbledon with a great tournament and a final that brought her one step away from history. Five tournaments won in her career, a Slam path that often saw her as a protagonist in the early stages of her career (in 2014 – ed.) and the difficulties that have slowly distanced her from tennis. Now she works as a commentator and opinionist on TV but, above all, she enchants the world with her photos that she shares on her social media.
