Tom Casiello, a member of the WWE creative team from 2011-2016, took to Twitter to voice his displeasure over Ronda Rousey’s promo from Monday Night Raw.

His main point of contention was that with how far the women’s division has come, there’s no need to be going down the path of females only getting their position because of who they are dating. Here’s the Tweet:

…and I’m also SO grateful they regurgitated YET ANOTHER “women can’t be successful unless they sleep their way to the top” promos, to remind us how much work still needs to be done. #BothThingsCanBeTrue
