Tegan Nox was one of the favorites heading into the 2018 Mae Young Classic. Her dream turned into a nightmare when she dislocated her kneecap and tore both her LCL and MCL in her quarterfinal match against Rhea Ripley. The injury was particularly devastating because it was her second serious knee injury in a two year span.

Nox took to Instagram to provide an update yesterday as it marked the six month anniversary from the date of the injury. Nox mentioned that while her rehabilitation was coming along well, she was still a ways off from being able to return to competition. Here is her post:
