WWE continues to sign indie talents to the Performance Center and WWE NXT, and word now is that they are having talks with wrestlers they weren’t interested in before.

It was reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE officials have opened up talks about bringing in a number of wrestlers that they’ve never had any interest in. It was also reported that the reason for these talks is WWE believing that these un-signed wrestlers could be of value to the opposition, presumably AEW.

As we’ve noted, several top indie stars are expected to start with WWE this fall.
