In a candid interview with Corey Graves, Jeff Hardy tells all about his tattoos, including a pair of twin demons tearing out of his neck and an intricate root system that runs along the upper right half of his body.

On When did Jeff Start Getting Tattooed:

“When I was 18, my dad was totally against it. So  I went to Fayetteville, North Carolina, to Bill Claydon’s Tattoo World and got a dragon on my outer leg. And that was my first one. I still haven’t got that thing colored.”

On The Roots Behind His Tattoos:

I’m a landscaper at heart. I still do my own grass at home. I wee-eat designs in my yard.  Some People are familiar with that, but anyway, what a medium. The Root systems, I love man. Cause they are so similar to our veins, as far as the life of a tree. It’s Connected with the Earth. And I think our bodies are our world. The blood that throws through our veins, is the water that flows through those roots. That’s my obsession with plant life.
