We learned recently that Brock Lesnar wants to challenge Jon Jones. The information came in light of WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle on the MMA Show podcast with Ariel Helwani.
“I know he said that he’s retired… the one fight he wants, and I don’t know if its every going to happen, but he wants to go up against Jon Jones.” – Kurt Angle
Jones is currently in the lightweight division and would need to move up to heavyweight.
Jon commented on Brock’s challenge with a tweet:
Brock is way too slow, I’ll embarrass him. https://t.co/rbg2Lfgpnw

Brock is currently retired from MMA. His last fight was at UFC 200 against Mark Hunt in a unanimous decision. Lesnar was offered a record $2.5 million dollar purse, which has only ever been beaten by Connor McGregor at UFC 202. He retired after failing two drug tests that discovered illegal substances in his system. Most recently, Lesnar was being teased in a potential fight with Daniel Cormier for the UFC Heavyweight title, but he decided to stay retired.
