During the “Blue” Carpet rollout for Smackdown’s debut on Fox, Goldberg was interviewed by Sky Sports. When asked about NXT, he cut the interviewer off and said he doesn’t care about NXT. He adds that no one on that brand is worth talking about until they move up to the big two brands.
The interviewer brought up Matt Riddle and Goldberg pretended not to know him. He told the interviewer that if he wanted to get any real answers out of him, he needs to bring up people that matter. Matt Riddle responded to Goldberg’s claim that he doesn’t know who he is: “Why you always lying bring?”
