As previously reported, former Raw women’s champion Ronda Rousey was present for WWE’s taping of SmackDown last week in Ontario California, which is close to where Rousey lives. Rousey filmed something with the other MMA horsewomen (NXT champion Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke, Marina Shafir) involving carpool karaoke, which will be aired later on the Network. New reports are there was even talk about Rousey possibly appearing on television, but that idea was scrapped, as Rousey had already left when the show had started, and WWE didn’t want to waste her return on a pointless cameo.

Meanwhile, former Bobby Lashley hype-man and 205 Live star Lio Rush is still under contract with the WWE, but there are no plans for him to be used anytime soon. Rush has removed all mentions of the WWE from his social media, and has put up means of contacting him for future booking dates.
