Indianapolis State Police served search and arrest warrants on Daniel Muir and his wife Kristen at their Logansport compound.

Indiana State Police (ISP) listed former Indianapolis Colts defensive lineman Daniel Muir as a “person of interest” in his son’s recent disappearance, per FOX59.

Bryson Muir, the 14-year-old son of Daniel and Kristen Muir (mother), may be the victim of potential domestic abuse and was last seen on June 16th (via FOX59). After a visit to his grandmother’s house in Garfield Heights, his grandmother called the police fearing Bryson was being abused after seeing him with a black eye and a swollen face (via WTHR).

Police pulled over Bryson’s mother shortly thereafter in the car they used to depart his grandmother’s home, but Bryson was nowhere to be found (via FOX59).

As of last Friday evening, a “Silver Alert” had officially been declared by ISP for the still missing teen, who was considered in danger. His parents reportedly initially agreed to cooperate with authorities and bring their son and meet with ISP detectives at the Peru Post on Friday afternoon, but backed out of the agreement an hour before the arranged meeting (per FOX59).

The Muir’s large property in Logansport is reportedly owned by Servant Leader’s Foundation, a religious organization from Kokomo.

At the Logansport property, a news crew from FOX59 reportedly saw no signs for Servant Leader’s Foundation as of Thursday, but instead one that says “Welcome to Straitway Indiana Goshen.”

Straitway Truth Ministries is a purported religious group that Daniel Muir has preached for in the past that “many consider to be a cult” according to a 2020 Sports Illustrated article. Muir has appeared on Straitway videos online preaching the religious group’s message and onstage.
