Roman Reigns Set To Return For The Shield In Huge Survivor Series Match

As noted, The Big Dog has been out of action after being struck down with viral meningitis. Medicals have finally cleared him to come back to the squared-circle wit him due to appear on Raw leading to six-man tag clash against The New Day.

Survivor Series will see the rosters of Raw and SmackDown compete in a series of matches for brand supremacy.

During his absence, Ambrose and Rollins lost their Raw tag team titles to Sheamus and Cesaro five days ago after being distracted by SmackDown trio The New Day, who invaded the red show.

Now they are no longer champs, Ambrose and Rollins will no longer be able to face their blue brand counterparts the Usos.

That leaves all three Hounds of Justice without a match – but pwinsider.com reports The Shield will square-off against The New Day.

The match is due to be set-up on Raw this week, where Reigns will also return to action.

WWE has made a number of changes to the Survivor Series schedule this week, with AJ Styles now set to battle Brock Lesnar. John Cena will also return to the squared-circle as part of Team Smackdown, although their appears to be no place for Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.
