Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com is reporting that A.J. Styles and the WWE are in the midst of negotiating a new contract. As part of the negotiation, Sapp is reporting that Styles is looking to work a reduced schedule much in the same manner that Randy Orton does.

Styles is apparently pushing for a lighter work schedule so that he can spend more time at home with his family. This would be in line with A.J’s comments on the “WWE 365: A.J. Styles” Network Special.

Take this as a rumor for now, but it is possible that we have seen the last of A.J. Styles working a full time wrestling schedule. LOP will bring additional information on this story as it becomes available.
