New NXT UK women’s champion Toni Storm interviewed with Talk Sport to discuss her recent Takeover victory over Rhea Ripley. Storm, who was also this year’s Mae Young Classic winner, expresses her gratitude towards Triple H for all of his support, and states that she finally feels like she made him proud. She also calls her victory at Takeover the “best moment of her life.”
Triple H is so supportive and he has helped me so much. It’s so cool and I just wanna do good and make him proud. Last night, I felt like he was. He gave me a big hug after, my family was there – it was so special. It’s the best moment of my life.
