‘Top Dolla’ AJ Francis is a double champion in TNA

AJ Francis is living up to his First Class reputation by becoming a double champion in TNA. The first belt was earned by beating Laredo Kid for the TNA Digital Media Championship. The second strap was acquired through questionable means.

During Thursday night’s episode of Impact (June 27, 2024), Francis unveiled his shiny new prize. DJ Whoo Kid came bearing gifts from Montreal to deliver the International Heavyweight Wrestling Championship. Francis explained that he purchased the title belt with straight cash. The lineage dates back to 1935 with legends Lou Thesz, Killer Kowalski, Mad Dog Vachon, The Sheik, Abdullah the Butcher, and Dino Bravo holding the gold. Francis crowned himself as the new champion to become Dolla Two Belts.
