Tyson Kidd is set to return to the WWE but it will be in a non-wrestling role. For those who are not aware, Kidd suffered a serious spinal/neck injury in a dark match with Samoa Joe during the summer of 2015.
PWInsider has confirmed that Kidd was backstage during last night’s SmackDown Live broadcast & it was the first time Tyson has been backstage at an WWE event since his horrific injury. Also, Kidd noted to a follower of his on Twitter that he would be returning to the WWE TV series; Total Divas.
