One of the best prospects in MMA, Garry has been perfect in his MMA career at 16-0, including an impressive seven UFC wins. The 26-year-old Irishman most recently competed back in February, taking a contentious split decision victory over Geoff Neal at UFC 298 that moved him up to No. 7 in the UFC welterweight rankings. And while a win over Page may not move him up in the rankings, it should put him one fight away from a welterweight title shot.
One of the biggest stars in Bellator history, Page finally made his UFC debut earlier this year, wining a dominant decision over fan-favorite Kevin Holland that immediately put him in the UFC welterweight rankings. Now “MVP” gets one of the best prospects in the sport in a fight that could put the MMA superstar into a title fight sooner than expected, if he can once again impress.
