– As noted, Impact Wrestling and The Hardys are fighting over ‘Broken’ Trademarks.
After being initially refused registration by the USPTO back in May for unacceptable specimens/documents provided as proof of use, Matt Hardy (through an IP Lawyer) submitted a new specimen on 10/31.
The new specimen is a promotional poster featuring Hardy as the Broken Matt character appearing for CWF Mid-Atlantic Wrestling during the ‘Expedition of Gold’ tour.
Hardy added an IP Lawyer based in Nashville, TN to assist with registering the trademark.
