– WWE sold a bunch of WrestleMania 32 tickets on Friday and the show will likely end up being the highest grossing WWE event in company history.
We heard a lot of complaints with how the pre-sale went but it appears the biggest issue with the regular sale has been long wait times due to high demand.
I’ve been getting a Ticketmaster “unable to process your request” when searching for two standard “best available” tickets for the past two hours but Ticketmaster also has 25 Platinum floor seats, ranging from $1,500 to $10,000 each. There are also a few thousand tickets available on the secondary market with StubHub starting at $43 each.
WWE’s WrestleMania Twitter account commented on the high demand on Friday:
.@TicketMaster has been experiencing high demand for @WrestleMania tickets, resulting in order delays and inaccurate availability messages.
