– The 2015 WWE Battleground Kickoff Pre-show opens with Renee Young, Booker T, Corey Graves and Byron Saxton on the panel. We see fans piling into the Scottrade Center in St. Louis. They hype tonight’s pay-per-view and the WWE Network. We go backstage to Tom Phillips in the social media lounge. He will be joined by Paul Heyman to answer some Twitter questions later. The panel talks about the Intercontinental Title Match being canceled due to Ryback’s injury. They run down the rest of the card.
– We get a vignette for Cena vs. Owens. The panel talks about the match and Booker gives Owens props but praises Cena. Graves says Owens needs to win the United States Title tonight. Graves believes Owens will take the title. Saxton agrees with Booker and picks Cena to retain. We get a promo and discussion for Reigns vs. Wyatt. Eden is backstage with R-Truth. He says some people think he’s lost his mind but he knows what he’s doing. Truth says he’s busted his butt just as much as King Barrett has to get where he is. Truth says he’s beat Barrett plenty of times and it’s not about that. Truth says he can’t wait to see Barrett’s face when he has to see a guy with a plunger celebrating a win over him. That’s the truth. He walks off. The panel talks about hometown hero Randy Orton battling Sheamus tonight. Renee confirms that match will open the pay-per-view. We get discussion and a video for tonight’s WWE Tag Team Title match next.
– We come back and The New Day is out running their mouth to the panel. Fans have been chanting “New Day sucks” even before this. We take another break. We go to ringside with Michael Cole, JBL and Jerry Lawler for tonight’s first match.
Battle for The Crown: R-Truth vs. King Barrett
R-Truth makes his way out first rapping to the crowd. Truth gets the crowd hype before the match with his plunger and paper crown. King Barrett is out next with his crown and scepter. Lilian Garcia does the introductions.
The bell rings and they lock up. They go to the corner and R-Truth backs off, taunting Barrett. Barrett takes Truth to the corner and backs off but gets in a cheap shot. Barrett mocks Truth and fans boo. Truth turns it around and hits a splash in the corner. Truth takes Barrett down for a 2 count. Barrett fights to his feet and nails a right hand. Barrett with an elbow and a headbutt to knock Truth down. Truth avoids a clothesline and dances around before catching Barrett in another 2 count. Truth with a dropkick that sends Barrett to the floor. Truth leaps out with a splash.
Barrett comes in and makes a comeback for a 2 count. We go to a quick break and come back to Barrett’s knee in Truth’s back. Truth fights up and out but gets dropped by an elbow to the ribs for a 2 count. Barrett keeps control and kicks Truth on the apron. He drags him back in for a 2 count. Barrett with forearms in the corner now. Barrett shows off some and hits a running kick to the gut for another pin attempt. Barrett with a headlock now.
Truth fights back to his feet and Barrett misses a big boot in the corner. Barrett runs into an uppercut. Truth with a clothesline. Barrett runs into another boot. Truth with a missile dropkick and a 2 count. Barrett tries for Wasteland but Truth blocks it and hits a heel kick. Truth hits the scissor kick for a close 2 count. Barrett counters a suplex and turns it into Winds of Change for a close 2 count. Barrett readies for a Bullhammer but Truth ducks and rolls him up for 2. Truth with a big right hand. Barrett blocks Little Jimmy and hits a Bullhammer for the win.

– After the match, Barrett takes his crown, robe and scepter as we go to replays. Barrett is all smiles as his arm is raised.
– We go backstage to Tom Phillips and Paul Heyman in the social media lounge. Heyman is asked what is Brock Lesnar’s routine before a big match like tonight and it’s eat, sleep… he does the conquering in the ring and will repeat against anyone else. Heyman is asked what will happen if Lesnar were to lose… and Heyman cuts Phillips off, calling it a stupid questions. Heyman guarantees Lesnar will suplex, F5 and pin Seth Rollins tonight. Phillips brings up the RAW debut of the NXT Divas last week and we go to a replay of their segment with Stephanie McMahon. We go back to the panel and Renee says Stephanie has requested that all 9 Divas be here tonight. The panel discusses tonight’s main event and that’s it for the pre-show.
– The 2015 WWE Battleground pay-per-view opens with a video package for tonight’s top matches. We’re live from the Scottrade Center in St. Louis as the pyro goes off. Michael Cole welcomes us and he’s joined by JBL and Jerry Lawler. There seems to be a lot more lag on the WWE Network tonight and fans on Twitter indicate they’re having issues as well. We go right to the ring.
Sheamus vs. Randy Orton
Sheamus makes his way out first with his Money In the Bank briefcase. Cole introduces the Spanish announce team. Hometown star Randy Orton is out next to a huge pop.
Sheamus retreats to the floor early on and we get “you look stupid” chants. Sheamus comes in and they lock up, going back to the ropes. They break and Sheamus takes Orton to one knee with a headlock. Fans chant for Orton as Sheamus drops him with a shoulder. Orton comes back and drops Sheamus with an elbow, sending him to the floor for another breather early on. Orton comes to the floor and they brawl. Orton tosses Sheamus hard into the barrier and fans pop. Orton rolls Sheamus back in but Sheamus runs out the other side of the ring. Orton meets him and runs over him to another pop. Orton rolls him back in stomps away in the corner.
They trade uppercuts in the middle of the ring now. Orton gets the upperhand and unloads with uppercuts. Sheamus with a knee to the gut. Orton with a kick. Sheamus hits the Irish Curse backbreaker. Sheamus with two more backbreakers. Fans chant for Orton but Sheamus keeps control and hits a big knee to the chest from the corner for a 2 count. Orton bounces off the ropes and hits another knee for a 2 count. Sheamus with a headlock now. Sheamus misses in the corner and runs into the ring post, falling out to the floor. Sheamus makes it back in at the 7 count. They trade shots from their knees now. They get to their feet and continue trading shots in the middle of the ring. Orton with a big clothesline and another. Sheamus avoids the powerslam. Orton block White Noise. Orton clotheslines him to the floor. Sheamus comes back to the apron but pulls Orton to the floor. They trade shots on the floor now. Orton slams Sheamus on top of the announce table.
They come back in and Orton dodges a Brogue Kick. Orton with the powerslam for a 2 count. Sheamus goes to the apron and Orton tries to bring him back in but Sheamus goes for the forearms. Orton blocks that with an uppercut. Sheamus comes in and hits the rolling senton. Sheamus with a big powerslam for another pin attempt. Orton dodges a Brogue Kick but Sheamus blocks the RKO. Sheamus goes for the Cloverleaf but Orton fights him off. Sheamus nails White Noise for a 2 count. Orton comes back with a big suplex and a pin attempt. Sheamus ends up on the top and they trade big shots. Orton climbs up for a superplex and nails it. Orton covers for another pin attempt. Orton nails the draping DDT as the hometown crowd gets loud for him. Orton goes for the RKO but Sheamus rolls him up for a 2 count. Sheamus nails a Brogue Kick. Sheamus locks in the Cloverleaf now. Orton almost gets the bottom rope but Sheamus pulls him back to the middle of the ring.
Orton makes it back to the rope and grabs it this time. Sheamus looks to go back to work on him but Orton nails the RKO out of nowhere for the win.

– The crowd goes crazy for Orton as his arm is raised. Orton poses in the corner as we go to replays.
– Cole talks about the NXT Divas debuting on RAW and leads us to a replay.
– Stephanie McMahon is backstage with JoJo and they have an awkward joke about JoJo’s height. Stephanie says we haven’t seen anything yet as far as what happened on RAW with the Divas. Stephanie says she’s asked each Divas team to pick a representative and those three Divas will be facing in a Triple Threat tonight. Stephanie says she will accept nothing less than the Divas Revolution tearing the house down.
WWE Tag Team Title Match: The New Day vs. The Prime Time Players
We go to the ring and out comes Xavier Woods, Big E and Kofi Kingston with mics. They call themselves the soon to be WWE Tag Team Champions. They cut promos about deserving to win and get mostly boos from the crowd. The music interrupts the “New Day sucks” chants and out come the WWE Tag Team Champions Darren Young and Titus O’Neil.
Darren starts off with Kofi as Woods cheers him on from the floor. Back and forth to start. Young with a neckbreaker and a suplex with a bridge for a 2 count. Titus tags in and slams Kofi. Kofi slides out of a move and slaps Titus around in the back of the head. Titus gets upset and hits him with big chops to the chest. Kofi rolls to the floor for a breather. He comes back in and tags in Big E. They lock up and Big E sends Titus to the corner but misses. Titus with a big scoop slam. Titus with a leg drop. He tags in Darren for some double teaming. Young with strikes but Big E launches him into the corner and the camera man. Young falls out to the floor. Big E sends Young’s face into a kick from Kofi, who has tagged in. Kofi with a 2 count.
Big E and Kofi with tags and more double teaming as Woods yells at ringside. Kofi with a kick and another 2 count on Young. Big E tags in and hits a nasty splash on the apron. He rolls Young back in and covers for a 2 count. Big E with an abdominal stretch as fans chant “New Day sucks” again. Big E drops Young with an elbow and covers for a 2 count. Young slides out of a move and dodges a splash in the corner. Young with an enziguri that sends Big E to his knees. Young tags Titus as Kofi comes in. Titus nails Kofi and splashes Big E. He goes back to Kofi and sends Big E to the floor. Titus catches Kofi in mid-air and drops him over his knee a few times. Titus slings Kofi now. Titus gets hype and splashes Kofi in the corner. Woods gets a cheap shot in and Kofi drops Titus with a DDT for a 2 count. Kofi goes to the top but Titus chops him on the way down. Darren comes back in and throws Kofi overhead. Big E comes in and Darren nails a big right hand. Woods gets on the apron but Young slams him onto it. Kofi looks to dive out but Young nails a forearm. Young comes back in and Kofi connects with a big kick. Big E comes in for the Big Ending on Young but it’s blocked. Kofi misses Trouble In Paradise and Young hits the Gut Check, sending Kofi to the floor. Titus comes in with Clash of the Titus on Big E for the win.

– After the match, The Prime Time Players celebrate to the back with their titles as The New Day tries to recover.
– After a Total Divas promo, Paige is backstage with Becky Lynch and Charlotte. Paige says the Divas Revolution begins tonight. Becky says Stephanie wants them to tear the house down but they’re going to do even better – tear it down and rebuild it. Becky says they’re even putting the WWE Superstars on notice, not just the Divas. Charlotte says they’re going to do it with “Flair” to end the segment.
– We get a video for Bray Wyatt vs. Roman Reigns.
Bray Wyatt vs. Roman Reigns
We go to the ring and the arena lights up with phones as Bray Wyatt makes his way out. Roman Reigns is out next to a pop. He stops and stares at Wyatt before making his way through the crowd.
They lock up and go at it. Reigns backs Wyatt to the ropes. They break and Reigns ducks a wild right hand. Reigns drops Wyatt with a shoulder but Wyatt gets right back up and they lock up. Wyatt gets the upperhand with strikes and a headbutt. Wyatt with more shots in the corner now. Reigns turns it around the corner and unloads until the referee backs him off. More back and forth in the corner. Wyatt ends up going to the floor for a breather. Wyatt comes back in the ring off a big right hand to the face. Wyatt with a clothesline before playing to the crowd for boos. Wyatt with kicks and punches while Reigns is on his knees. Reigns gets up and ducks a shot before hitting a huge clothesline. Wyatt ends up on the floor again. Reigns follows and slams him into the barrier.
They come back in but Wyatt takes control. Reigns nails him in the face with a right hand and forearms. Wyatt misses another clothesline but takes Reigns down with the flying forearm. Wyatt chokes Reigns on the bottom rope now. Wyatt with more offense in the corner now. Reigns makes a comeback and hits a Samoan Drop, sending Wyatt to the floor. Reigns runs around the ring and charges but Wyatt side steps and Reigns goes shoulder first into the steel steps. Wyatt brings it back in the ring and yells at Reigns to get up. Wyatt with a splash in the corner. Wyatt gets on the second rope and plays to the crowd to mostly boos. Wyatt kicks and punches Reigns around now. Wyatt mounts Reigns in the corner with right hands but Reigns grabs him for a powerbomb. Wyatt slides out and sends Reigns to the floor. Reigns with strikes on the apron now. Wyatt grabs him and plants Reigns with a DDT on the apron.
Reigns makes it back in at the 8 count and Wyatt stomps away. Wyatt with a suplex and a splash for another 2 count. Wyatt keeps Reigns grounded with a headlock now. Reigns starts fighting out but Wyatt slams him on his head and tightens the hold. Wyatt goes to turn the headlock into a sleeper but Reigns finally fights out of the hold and slams Wyatt. The referee counts as they’re both down now. Reigns makes a big comeback and unloads on Wyatt. Reigns with two big throws. He goes to the floor for the Drive-By but Wyatt meets him with a big clothesline. Wyatt with the senton on the floor. Wyatt brings Reigns back in the ring for a 2 count. Wyatt takes Reigns to the top and headbutts him twice and punches him. Wyatt tries for a superplex but Reigns fights it. Reigns with headbutts. Reigns drops down to the mat and hits a sitdown powerbomb for 2.
Wyatt blocks a Superman punch with a Sister Abigail attempt but Reigns blocks that. They end up on the floor and Reigns connects with the Drive-By this time. They come back in the ring and Wyatt blocks the Superman punch again. Wyatt side slams Reigns for a 2 count. More back and forth. Reigns blocks Sister Abigail with a roll up. Reigns nails a Superman punch but Wyatt kicks out at 2. Fans chant “this is awesome” as they’re both down. Reigns gets up first to some boos. He readies for the spear but Wyatt nails a boot. Wyatt with a huge right hook for a close 2 count. Wyatt turns upside down to a pop. He goes for Sister Abigail and kisses Reigns on the forehead. Reigns grabs his arm and blocks the move. Reigns with headbutts. Reigns with bombs in the corner as the fans count along. Reigns goes for a Samoan Drop but Wyatt punches him. Reigns falls with it anyway. Wyatt rolls to the floor for a breather while Reigns id down. Reigns goes to the floor and Wyatt nails him with a right hand. Wyatt tosses Reigns into the barrier.
Wyatt rolls Reigns in and grabs two steel chairs from beside Lawler. The crowd pops. Reigns comes back to the floor and drops Wyatt with a right hand, causing him to drop the chairs. Reigns tosses the chairs into the ring and grabs two more as the referee tells him not to. Reigns turns around to a hooded man decking him at ringside. Wyatt takes advantage and rolls Reigns back in the ring. Wyatt nails Sister Abigail for the win.

– After the match, the hooded man comes in the ring and reveals himself – it’s Luke Harper. We go to replays as Wyatt’s music hits and the lights go out. Wyatt poses as Harper stands behind him.
– We get a SummerSlam promo and see St. Louis Cardinals players at ringside. They came straight from an 18-inning game to watch the show.
– JoJo is backstage with Tamina Snuka, Naomi and Sasha Banks. It’s going to be Sasha stepping up for their team tonight. Naomi talked about how they were all on the same page.
Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte vs. Brie Bella
We go to the ring and out comes Tamina Snuka, Naomi and NXT Women’s Champion Sasha Banks without her title. Out next comes Paige, Charlotte and Becky Lynch. WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella is out next with Alicia Fox and Brie Bella.
Nikki shows off her title in everyone’s face as fans chant for NXT. Charlotte gets in Nikki’s face and they “whooo!” before Sasha talks trash to her too. Nikki tells them not tonight and goes back to the floor with Brie and Alicia. Brie goes into the ring and will be representing her team. Brie and Sasha attack Charlotte to start the match. Sasha with an early roll up on Brie. Charlotte with a roll up on Sasha. They all stop after back and forth to start the match. Sasha tries to kick Brie but she catches it. Sasha gets dropped on her face as Charlotte and Brie go at it now. Charlotte sends Brie to the floor. Charlotte and Sasha go at it now. Brie pulls Charlotte off the apron and goes at it with Sasha. Sasha ends up hitting the knees in the corner on Brie and Charlotte at the same time. Sasha with a pair of pin attempts on both Divas.
Fans chant “like a Boss” as Sasha works over Charlotte in the corner. Sasha keeps control, fighting Brie off, and going for another pin attempt on Charlotte. Sasha does the Ric Flair strut but Charlotte rolls her up for 2. Sasha keeps control of Charlotte and stops Brie from getting up. She nails running knees on Charlotte in the corner, twice. Sasha with a 2 count as Brie breaks the pin. Brie and Sasha have words as fans chant “we want Becky” at them. Sasha and Brie trade shots in the middle of the ring. Charlotte nails a double clothesline out of nowhere on them. Charlotte with Flair chops on both of them. She drop Brie over her knee and trades counters with Sasha. Charlotte drops her with a neckbreaker. Sasha comes back but Charlotte nails a knee to the mouth for 2 as Brie breaks a pin again.
Brie makes her comeback and unloads as fans boo big time. Brie hits a double bulldog on both of her opponents and covers Sasha for a 2 count. Brie with a 2 count on Charlotte now. Brie with kicks to both Divas on their knees as fans chant “yes!” with the kicks. Charlotte catches a kick and Sasha cuts her off. Sasha side steps Charlotte and she takes down Brie instead. Sasha and Charlotte go at it with Sasha rolling her up for 2. They struggle for backslides and trade holds. Sasha slams Charlotte down on her neck for a close 2 count. Brie comes off the top rope with a double missile dropkick. Brie yells “Brie mode” and nails running knees on both of them, two for Charlotte. Sasha blocks the second one coming for her and dumps Brie out to the floor. Naomi and Tamina surround Team Bella on one side as Paige and Becky are on the other side. Sasha knocks Team Bella down and then dives out onto Brie, Paige and Becky. Charlotte leaps out onto Tamina, Naomi and Sasha next. Charlotte and Brie come back in the ring. Charlotte takes her to the top and they trade shots. Charlotte climbs up but Sasha comes from behind and applies the Bank Statement on Charlotte. Brie breaks it and tosses Sasha into the ring post, sending her to the floor. Brie grabs Charlotte but Charlotte counters and applies the Figure Four. She bridges it into the Figure Eight and Brie taps.
Winner: Charlotte
– After the win, Charlotte’s music hits as she celebrates with Becky and Paige. We go to replays as Paige, Becky and Charlotte stand tall in the ring. Team Bella backs up the ramp as Team BAD recovers at ringside.

WWE United States Title Match: Kevin Owens vs. John Cena
Back to the ring and out comes Kevin Owens to a big pop. This is the rubber match between these two. Owens yells for Cena to come out as he waits. WWE United States Champion John Cena is out next to a mixed reaction. We get formal ring introductions from Eden.
The crowd is hot with dueling chants as they lock up and Cena applies a headlock. Cena turns it around and applies one of his own. They run the ropes and Owens drops Cena with a right hand to a pop. Owens takes control and beats Cena around now. Owens works Cena over and drops him with a modified neckbreaker for a pin attempt. Owens talks trash and hits Cena with a right hand. Cena makes a comeback with a shoulder but Owens catches him for another 2 count. Owens mushes his forearm into Cena’s face. Cena gets up with a dropkick. Cena ends up going to the top and hits the leg drop for a 2 count. Owens blocks an Attitude Adjustment and hits a DDT for a 2 count. Owens with more offense until Cena ducks a shot. Cena with the shoulder tackles and the big slam. Cena calls for the Five Knuckle Shuffle but Owens rolls to the apron and taunts Cena. Owens nails a right hand to drop Cena and comes back to the top. Owens with the senton but Cena gets his knees up.
Owens blocks another AA and starts hitting Cena’s shoulder tackles and the slam. Owens calls for the Five Knuckle Shuffle and hits it. Owens goes for the AA but Cena slides out. Cena powers up with Owens on his shoulders and slams him on his face. Cena with the STF now. Cena drags Owens back into the middle of the ring but Owens gets to his feet. Owens catches Cena with a big knee to the back for a 2 count. Owens with more strikes as fans do dueling chants. Cena goes for the springboard stunner but Owens catches him with a German. Owens with the cannonball in the corner for a 2 count.
Owens gets frustrated and yells out at Cole. Cena and Owens trade shots in the middle of the ring now. Cena unloads and hits the Canadian Destroyer for a 2 count. Cena goes back to the top for the leg drop but Owens catches him with a barely-hit sitdown powerbomb for a 2 count. Cena comes back with an AA for a 2 count. Cena takes Owens to the top for a superplex but Owens counters with a superplex of his own for a 2 count. Cole says Cena may have hurt his shoulder as Cena clutches the left arm. Owens did drop Cena on his arm with the superplex. Owens yells at Cole again as the referee checks on Cena. Owens tells Cole to “watch this” as he goes for the pop-up powerbomb but Cena counters it. Owens with a huge shot and the AA. Owens applies the STF now.
Cena crawls to the bottom rope and finally breaks the STF. Owens runs into an uppercut. Cena with a tornado DDT out of the corner for a close 2 count. Fans chant “this is awesome” as they both struggle to get up. They trade shots in the middle of the ring. Cena hits the springboard cutter but barely connects and Owens comes right back with a big clothesline. Owens goes on and hits a nasty move over his knee for a close 2 count. Cena blocks the pop-up powerbomb and hits an AA for a 2 count. Cena with a clothesline. Owens comes back with the pop-up powerbomb for a close 2 count. Another “this is awesome” chant as Owens drags Cena towards the corner. Owens goes to the top but Cena jumps up with a big right hand. Cena with another right hand. Cena climbs up and gets Owens on his shoulders for a super AA. Cena nails it but Owens still kicks out at 2.
The crowd goes wild after Owens kicks out. Cena goes to pick Owens up but he appears to be out. Owens with a roll up out of nowhere for a 2 count. Cena goes right to the STF and locks it in. Owens crawls to the rope but Cena pulls him back into the middle of the ring. Owens finally taps out to end it.
Winner: John Cena
– After the match, Cena’s music hits as he hits the corner with the US Title. Owens is stumbling at ringside as a referee helps him to the entrance way. Owens looks to push him away as we go to replays. Cena raises the title before making his exit.
– We come back from a break and Cole talks about WWE Intercontinental Champion Ryback being out of action.
– We go to the ring and out comes The Miz.
Fans boo as Miz takes the mic. He tells them to shut up. He knows they’re upset like he is because he had plans tonight – beat Ryback and Big Show to become the new WWE Intercontinental Champion. Miz says his people had appearances and everything scheduled but someone had to get injured and now his match is postponed. Miz says he has known Ryback since their Tough Enough days and The Big Guy has always been a big pansy. Miz says Ryback probably isn’t even injured, he’s just scared because Miz is the toughest man in WWE and in the entire building right now. Miz says he’s the only one who could have beat Ryback for the title. He takes a shot at Big Show and says he’s been missing since the Attitude Era. Miz says Show should go ahead and retire. Miz says The Authority needs to go ahead and crown him the champion and if not, he’ll just take the title. Miz knocks the St. Louis Rams. Big Show’s music hits and out he comes.
Miz is surprised to see Big Show and starts pleading with him. Miz says they should team up and beat Ryback up again. Show doesn’t say anything as he steps in the ring and knocks Miz out with one punch. Show walks right back out of the ring while his music plays. Miz is still laid out in the ring as we go to replays. Miz finally starts waking up before we go to a Tough Enough commercial.
– We get promos for SummerSlam and tonight’s main event.
WWE World Heavyweight Title Match: Brock Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins
We go to the ring and out first comes WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins by himself. Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar are out next to a big pop. We get formal ring introductions from Lilian Garcia.
Rollins kisses the title before handing it off to the referee. The “Suplex City” chants start before the bell. The bell rings and Lesnar rams Rollins back in the corner and hits him with big shoulder thrusts. The referee backs him off. Lesnar grabs Rollin for a German but Rollins hits back elbows and retreats to the floor. Lesnar chases Rollins around the ring and back in. Rollins beats on Lesnar as he comes back in. Lesnar goes for a German but Rollins holds on to the ropes and hits a back kick. Rollins kicks at Lesnar’s knees now. Lesnar catches him in mid-air. Lesnar goes for a F5 but Rollins escapes. Rollins comes from the top and Lesnar catches him for the first German of the match. Lesnar with another German.
Lesnar grabs Rollins for a third German as fans are counting now. Lesnar takes his time and tosses Rollins across the ring with a fourth German. Lesnar hits #5 as fans chant “Suplex City” again. Rollins ends up on the floor and has had enough. He grabs the title and tries to leave through the crowd. Lesnar comes leaping over the barrier and throws Rollins back across. Lesnar grabs the title and puts it back where it belongs while smiling. Lesnar rolls Rollins back in and hits German #6.
Lesnar keeps control and goes for another German but Rollins lands o his feet. Rollins focuses on the knees and takes Lesnar down to one knee. Rollins with kicks to the head. The third kick sends Lesnar int the ropes but he;’s up. Rollins with more kicks. Rollins goes for the Pedigree but Lesnar turns it into a F5 attempt. Rollins slides out and goes back to work on the knees. Rollins sends Lesnar out to the floor with a running knee to the back. Rollins runs the ropes and dives out, sending Lesnar into the barrier. Rollins dives out again and sends Lesnar into the barrier again but he’s still standing. Rollins goes back in for a dive but Lesnar hurries in the ring and meets him with a belly to belly suplex, which JBL calls #7. Lesnar hits #8 and holds it, then hitting #i9 and holding it, then hitting #10. Lesnar grabs Rollins for #11 and hits it. Lesnar with a big slap to the face and suplex #12. Rollins slaps Lesnar from his knees now. Lesnar kicks him and hits #13.
Lesnar nails a F5 and covers but The Undertaker’s bells toll. The lights go out and when they come back on, The Undertaker is standing in the ring staring at Lesnar. They trade counters and Taker hits a chokeslam and then a Tombstone. Fans chant Taker’s name as he goes to leave the ring. He comes back in and hits another Tombstone as Heyman looks on. Fans want one more but Taker drops to one knee and does his signature pose as his music hits and the lights go out. Taker makes his way towards the back and stops to raise one fist in the air as the crowd pops. Battleground goes off the air.
