It doesn’t appear that the WWE plans to slow down with signing independent and international talent come 2019. Dave Meltzer is reporting in “The Wrestling Observer” that the WWE is interested in signing both Rachel Ellering and Karen Q from the independent scene, as well as IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Champion Yujiro Kushida.

Kushida’s contract doesn’t expire until the end of January but both Karen Q and Ellering and free to sign with the WWE at any time. Meltzer is also reporting that the WWE is looking at several other NJPW talents to bring in.

With so many contracts coming due in the next couple of months, speculation is running wild that many independent wrestlers that have made a name for themselves could be on the move. LOP will bring more details on wrestlers being signed by the WWE as it becomes available.
